Imagine being married to a guy that has been gone more from the house over the last three years than he has been home. Imagine having three children during that same time. Imagine, in the middle of that time, the said husband moves the family from Kentucky to Germany. And, Imagine again the same husband leaving to do another deployment in Iraq. Yes, that is the life of my dear wife.
Today, we have been married eight years. She is incredibly patient and strong. She is an excellent Mother, Wife and an Army Wife–there is a difference. I am so happy to be married to such a wonderful woman.
I praise God daily for her.
